Escape From Convenience With Campervan Rentals

escape campervan

Welcome to escape campervan rental Australia! I’m sorry for the intrusion. This is just to let you know that we are hiring our first escape campervan. It’s been a while since we’ve had a go at booking one, so here goes. Wedding guests are always apprehensive about the move (and they should be), so we always try to book well in advance. We usually book in July, but that year has had the least number of cancellations of any year.

Rent A Campervan

A van parked on the side of a road

When you rent a campervan, it is just like any other vehicle. The differences begin with the campervan itself. Our first escape campervan was a tiny one, made just for two people. Fortunately, the company we chose to rent from had replacement parts in every possible location. Besides the necessities – cooking equipment, dishes, and silverware – everything else could be replaced or refilled. In other words, there wasn’t even a real kitchen, so we cooked all of our meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner – inside the campervan itself.

Thankfully, the economy has recovered enough to allow us to enjoy even more luxury for our campervan holidays. We decided to outfit our new campervan with a full kitchen, complete with stove, refrigerator, and sink this time around. The cost of our second holiday in our new escape campervan was much less than what we would have expected, even though the double van was larger than the first. So now, instead of having to fork out huge sums of money on food, we can have a nice warm meal in the comfort of our campervan each day. And when that’s finished, there’s not much more to do – sit back in our luxurious campervan and enjoy some relaxing evenings.

Another way of reducing costs is to add a little extra for our rental. In this case, we opted to include a bit more driving distance and pay a little extra for insurance coverage on the vehicle. For the extra mileage price, we were able to add almost twelve hours of driving time, which dropped our daily rate down from the original price of nearly forty pounds per day to just under forty pounds.

Class A Motorhomes

There are plenty of Class A motor homes available to rent for those on a tight budget but want to experience the charm of traveling on a well-maintained vehicle. You can choose from a three-day trip, a five-day trip, or a seven-day trip. Most of these vans come with their catering facilities, so you won’t need to worry about eating in a hotel or eating at a roadside stand. If you’re only going to be away for a short period, consider how much you can spend so that your stay is inexpensive – especially if you’re traveling with family or friends.

Before you go ahead with booking the trip, look at the different options available for renting campervan vans. The easiest way to compare the different options is to go online. Use a search engine to find the different rental services which are available, then contact the company you wish to book with. They should give you all the information you require on the different options that are available and which will help you work out which ones will save you the most money. After contacting the company, they should be able to give you a quote based on your requirements.

Try Online Booking Service

If you want to know what the best option would be, then try an online booking service. Many of these websites will offer estimates based on the price of gas that you have purchased throughout the day, along with the estimated number of miles that you intend on driving during the trip. However, there may be some hidden fees that will affect the actual cost of your trip. For example, if you intend to stop eating at a restaurant, the cost per mile includes your food and any tips for that particular stop. The charges will also vary depending on whether you choose to drive yourself or hire a driver. While the costs will be less for someone to do it themselves, remember that hiring a driver will cost more based on the number of miles you plan to drive during your escape.

Final Words

The best way to make sure that you get the best deal on your escape is to compare the different rates available from every rental company you contact. By doing this, you can ensure that you are getting the best overall value for your money. It is also important to note that each company will charge a different daily rate for their campervans. This means that even though you may find a great price for a one-way escape if that same one-way rental company charges you a daily rate, you should still inquire about another rental deal that is offered to your vacation destination. On top of this, many companies will allow you to trade daily rentals between rental companies to secure a better overall deal.
